Breeden Construction is pleased to announce the successful completion of the Governor’s Inn development in Williamsburg, Virginia. This new construction venture is undertaken by CDG Holdings, LLC. Breeden Construction served as general contractor for the project.

The $33.5M development features six buildings with 164 split-level apartments. The buildings range from 2-4 stories; community amenities include a swimming pool, fitness center, outdoor grilling station and a community clubhouse.
