The Pinnacle on 31st Street represents an approximately $66 million investment in the Oceanfront area and features 240 units with a mix of 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom apartments-including penthouse apartments.
The Pinnacle serves as the entry point to the 31st Street gateway at the Virginia Beach Oceanfront. Included in the long list of amenities are two rooftop decks. The pool includes cabana areas, an in-pool sun shelf with chaise chairs and a separate lazy river. Other amenities include a 3rd floor state-of-the-art gym that will have sweeping views of Little Neck Creek and the surrounding wetlands. Apartments have been designed to include large open floorplans with balconies, granite countertops, luxury bathrooms, and powder rooms.
