• The building is supported by compacted aggregate piles with a post tension concrete podium.
• The four-story wood-framed structure above the podium contains 145 apartments with two traction elevators totaling 158,607 total square feet above podium
• The 1^st-floor clubhouse and leasing office are located on the 1st floor level totals 3,500 square feet. The 2^nd floor fitness center is located directly above the clubhouse/leasing office space.
• The 6^th-floor rooftop amenity area includes a grilling station and lounging area overlooking the Chesapeake Bay. This space totals 2,850 square feet
• The pool and pool cabana are located at the rear of the property and contain two (2) grilling stations.
• There’s a large dog park and playground area adjacent the pool cabana.
