Breeden Construction is pleased to announce it has been awarded the contract to serve as the general contractor for Phase 2of Lexington Place, “Lexington Senior Apartments,” in Portsmouth, Virginia. Richman Lexington Senior Apartments, LLC is the developer for the project.
The Phase 2 development, “Lexington Senior Apartments,” will consist of 105 affordable apartments, available to seniors earning less than 30-60% of the area median income (AMI). This project will also include trails throughout the property, a grilling station for resident use and spaces for vocational and rehabilitative services for applicable seniors. The development overall will comply with National Green Building Standards and is expected to be completed in late 2025.
