Breeden Construction is pleased to announce the completion of a luxury multifamily community in Charlottesville, VA, Altoview Apartments. This project was completed for the developers, Castle Development, while Breeden Construction served as the general contractor for the project.
The Altoview Apartments project encompasses a comprehensive scope featuring six apartment buildings. The development includes one (1) three-story building and five (5) two-and-a-half-story buildings. Additionally, the project includes three (3) one-story garage structures, providing residents with convenient parking solutions. In the center of the development stands a 2-story clubhouse and fitness center. The community also features a pool with a sun shelf, grill area, fire pits, and an outdoor gathering space. During the course of this project, Breeden Construction also undertook the construction of a remarkable retaining wall that spanned an impressive distance of 1.54 miles and encompassed a staggering total area of 69,400 sq feet.
