Breeden Construction, a nationally acclaimed multifamily builder, is pleased to announce they have been awarded the contract to serve as general contractor to redevelop another set of Richmond Redevelopment and Housing Authority communities, including Randolph Apartments and Stoval Apartments. Michaels Development and Richmond Redevelopment and Housing Authority are the developers for the project. The $6.4 million renovation project includes redevelopment of 82 total multifamily units. Revitalization work to the communities is underway.
