Breeden Construction, a nationally acclaimed multifamily builder, is pleased to announce that construction has begun on Presidio Apartments, a 250-unit Class-A apartment community in the Garner area. Breeden Construction serves as general contractor. Developed and owned by Castle Development Partners, Presidio Apartments sits on more than 26 acres. Units will be spread across six, four-story buildings. The site is three miles east of Charlottesville, VA and is across the street from Martha Jefferson Hospital. Construction is scheduled to be completed in late Fall of 2022.
