AJ is responsible for building relationships with potential clients and project partners while pursuing strategic project opportunities. Under Dalton’s guidance, the preconstruction division is responsible for consulting with clients regarding their project’s budgeting, design management, subcontractor relations and cost data administration.
Dalton has almost 7 years of experience in the retail and commercial construction industry, most recently serving as an Estimator with Branch Builds. He is an undergraduate of Hampden-Sydney College and received his Master of Arts degree from George Mason University.
AJ lives in Midlothian, VA with his wife, Hopie, their two daughters and their dog, Gus.
