Before joining Breeden Construction, Carter served as Project Executive for a large national firm, overseeing several major commercial developments. He also spent five years successfully managing a Class-A commercial contracting business, operating as both a general contractor and a masonry subcontractor. His portfolio includes work in the education, multifamily, athletic, financial, retail, historical renovation, and healthcare sectors—demonstrating his ability to lead complex projects with precision and vision.
