Project Features:

• Project includes one 4-story building, two 3-story Carraige house style buildings, a standalone garage, and a trash compactor set on 5.03 acres with a total rentable space of 248,692 square feet.
• The 4-story building is broken up into 5 separate 2 hour rated fire sections. This building has 158 apartments with a mix of 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom units.
• The 3 story carriage style buildings have 9 apartments and 18 garages each. These buildings also have a mix of 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom units.
• Amenity areas include a pool with a stamped concrete deck and a heated pergola area with 2 grills. Two courtyards each with fire pits, grills, and gaming tables. Clubroom with a coffee bar, fitness center, conference room, and a dog spa.  
• Façade: Brick veneer, cementitious fiber siding, board on batten siding, vinyl siding and aluminum patio railings.
• Structure consists of post tensioned concrete slabs with thickened interior grade beams, a mix of wood and structural steel framing.
• This project broke ground in late spring of 2022 and was completed in the summer of 2024 total Construction costs came in at just under $33,000,000.
