Project Features:

• 17.73 acre site located minutes away from the Charlottesville Airport and Hollymead Town Center. The site consists of 17 retaining walls totaling over 1,700 linear feet with an average max. height of 10 feet per wall. The SWM Pond retaining wall is a 20 foot high wall at its peak.
• The project consists of ten garden-style, wood-framed apartment buildings featuring a façade consisting of two-tone fiber-cement (hardie) lap siding and brick veneer (see renderings). Apartment buildings feature balconies at every unit and open breezeways. There is one 3-story apartment building and the remaining nine apartment buildings are 3/4 split-level.
