Project Features:

• Scope of work included full site development of 18 acres, including site amenities and vertical construction of all structures
• The development included a 3,400 square foot stand-alone luxury clubhouse with outdoor pool, resort style amenities, management offices, business center and 1,200 square foot fitness center
• The structures were comprised of post-tensioned slabs, wood-frame construction and brick veneer, vinyl siding and a combination of dimensional shingles, TPO flat roofing and standing seam metal
• 456 units, 24 residential buildings
