Project Features

• Located off Fredrick Boulevard, Phase I is being constructed in an effort to revitalize the Lincoln Park section of the City; Phase I will include demolishing and rebuilding 72 residences.
• The project encompasses 13 townhome buildings, a clubhouse, and approximately 1.4 acres of green space.
• The clubhouse features a spacious community room, commercial grade kitchen, multiple office spaces, computer room, maintenance shop and conference rooms.
• The project meets EarthCraft and VHDA standards. The clubhouse, as well as 9 of the units, meet UD/ ADA guidelines.
