Project Features:

• Phase 1 construction includes 3 apartment buildings with a total of 62 units, a community resource center and 3 outdoor greenspaces.
• Building 1: Three story building with 10 garden-style apartment units and open breezeways.  Slab on grade with brick veneer and siding and TPO roof.  Total square footage is 21,750 sf. Construction includes a 3,719 sf community resource center with a kids play area, fitness center, party room, catering kitchen and computer center. 
• Building 2: three-story building with 24 garden-style apartment units and open breezeways.  Total square footage is 23,751. Slab on grade and with brick veneer and fiber cement siding and a flat TPO roof.
• Building 3: Split level building with 3 stories on top and a lower level below.  There are a total of 28 units. Brick veneer, fiber cement siding and TPO roof.  Total square footage is 36,389
• There are 3 separate green space/amenity/recreation areas throughout.
