• Scope of project includes two (2) buildings.
• Building 1: 214 residential units with 1st-floor commercial space including 3500 square-foot restaurant space and 4500 square-feet of commercial space. Total square footage is 166,268. Elevated podium slab with 4 stories of wood frame constructive above the podium and parking on grade below, brick veneer, fiber cement siding, flat TPO roof. Construction includes elevated pool on 2nd floor, clubroom, yoga room, fitness center, bike storage and dog wash station.
• Building 2: 36 units with 43,239 square feet of residential space and 11,505 square feet of 1st-floor commercial space. Four (4) stories of wood-framed construction with brick veneer, fiber cement siding and flat TPO roof.
