• Lot size includes a 12-acre park.
• 279 units across five (5) buildings.
• The buildings all include a concrete ground-level garage facility, with a concrete podium and apartments above. The apartments are wood framed, and the exterior cladding is a mixture of brick veneer and hardie board siding.
