Project Features:

• Scope of work included full site development of 6 acres, including site furnishings and vertical construction of all structures
• The structures were comprised of conventional slab on grade, structural steel & bar joists, light gauge metal framing & tower roof trusses, split face block water table, pre-cast caps at water table, brick veneer, EIFS, standing seam tower roofs, TPO flat roofing, fiberglass decorative columns and fabric awnings
• Interiors finished to a warm/lite vanilla shell
• 33,480 square feet, 23 total bays, 2 retail buildings
