Breeden Construction is proud to announce that Stephanie Luce, Controller and Training Manager at Breeden Construction, has been named a 2026 Woman of Influence by GlobeSt., a leading commercial real estate publication serving developers, owners, investors, and industry professionals nationwide.
The annual Women of Influence awards recognize exceptional female leaders who are shaping the future of commercial real estate through innovation, strategic leadership and meaningful organizational impact. Honorees are selected from a highly competitive national pool and represent the best-in-class professionals advancing the industry across development, construction, finance, and operations.
Luce was recognized for her leadership and significant contributions to strengthening Breeden Construction’s financial and project management operations. In her role as Controller, she has played a critical part in enhancing financial transparency, improving internal controls, and driving operational efficiencies that support the company’s continued growth. Her collaborative approach and strategic insight have helped position Breeden Construction for long-term success while maintaining a strong foundation of accountability and fiscal stewardship.
“It’s wonderful to see Stephanie honored on a national platform,” said Brian Revere, President, Breeden Construction. “She is a great leader who is deeply passionate about amplifying women in leadership roles—particularly within the construction industry. Her commitment to excellence and to elevating others makes her impact both meaningful and lasting, and this recognition is incredibly well deserved.”
As part of this recognition, Luce will be featured in a professional profile on GlobeSt.com’s Women of Influence Content Hub and honored at the 2026 GlobeSt. Women of Influence Conference on July 13 at the Gaylord Rockies Resort in Denver. In addition, Luce is eligible for the distinction of Woman of the Year in her category, which will be announced during the awards ceremony.
Breeden Construction congratulates Stephanie Luce on this outstanding achievement and is proud to see her leadership and contributions recognized on a national stage.
