Breeden Construction, the nationally recognized Richmond-based design and build general contracting company, today announced the promotion of Jeff Smith from Preconstruction Manager to Director of Preconstruction, acknowledging his steady leadership, collaborative approach and genuine investment in the success of every project.
In his new role, Smith will expand his leadership presence within the organization while continuing to guide and develop the company’s preconstruction efforts. His work has been instrumental in strengthening the planning and problem-solving processes at the earliest stages of development, creating a foundation for successful project execution and lasting client relationships.
