Breeden Construction, a nationally acclaimed multifamily builder, is pleased to announce they have been awarded contract to serve as general contractor to redevelop several Richmond Redevelopment and Housing Authority communities, including Afton Avenue Apartments, Bainbridge Apartments and Fulton Apartments. Michaels Development and Richmond Redevelopment and Housing Authority are the developers for the project. The $11.7 million renovation project includes redevelopment of 122 total multifamily units across the three communities. Construction is set to begin late June 2021.
