Brian K. Revere

Brian K. Revere is President of Breeden Construction. Brian is responsible for overseeing the construction operations for in-house developments and third-party engagements for select clients.

Travis M. Powroznik

Travis M. Powroznik is the Vice President for Breeden Construction. Travis is responsible for hiring subcontractors, managing construction costs and overseeing project schedules for in-house developments and third-party projects.

Angie M. Loew

Angie Loew is Vice President/Chief Financial Officer of Breeden Construction. She is responsible for all financial oversight of the division, ensuring compliance with generally accepted accounting principles and regulations, overseeing audit and review functions and assisting the executive management team in establishing long-range goals, strategies, plans and policies.

Michael J. Hart

Michael J. Hart is the Director of Field Operations for Breeden Construction. Michael is responsible for daily field operations and oversees all site personnel including senior superintendents, superintendents, assistant superintendents, punch-out foreman, carpenters and labors.

Kenneth E. Owen

Kenneth E. Owen is Director of Development of Breeden Construction. Ken is responsible for development services, managing the entitlement and design process for new projects for The Breeden Company.

Brandon W. Rogers

Brandon W. Rogers is the Director of Health, Safety and Environmental for Breeden Construction. Brandon creates and administers our health, safety and environmental policies and procedures.

Andrew J. Dalton

AJ is responsible for building relationships with potential clients and project partners while pursuing strategic project opportunities. Under Dalton’s guidance, the preconstruction division is responsible for consulting with clients regarding their project’s budgeting, design management, subcontractor relations and cost data administration.

Frank A. Fogle

Frank Fogle serves as the Director of Safety at Breeden Construction, where he leads the company’s safety initiatives with a steadfast commitment to protecting workers, clients and communities. With a career rooted in discipline and service, Frank brings a wealth of experience from his time in the United States Marine Corps, where he developed the leadership and operational rigor that continue to define his approach to safety today. Prior to joining Breeden Construction, Frank held a key role in the Safety development and training at Davey, where he was instrumental in implementing proactive safety protocols and fostering a culture of accountability across diverse teams. His hands-on experience and strategic oversight have consistently resulted in improved safety performance and compliance. Frank’s leadership is marked by his dedication to continuous improvement, team empowerment and a mission-first mindset. His military background, combined with his industry expertise, makes him a respected voice in construction safety and a trusted advocate for workforce well-being.

Dustin R. Mullins

As Director of Marketing and Public Relations at Breeden Construction, Dustin Mullins drives strategic marketing initiatives that elevate the company’s brand and strengthen its industry presence. With expertise in digital engagement, public relations, and brand storytelling, he partners with leadership to support business growth and expand Breeden Construction’s footprint nationwide. Dustin’s background spans social media strategy, brand development, multimedia content creation, and community engagement. Recognized as the 2024 Social Media Influencer of the Year by Multi-Family Housing News, he has built Breeden’s digital presence from the ground up, using data-driven insights to create impactful campaigns. His blend of creativity and strategy has positioned Breeden Construction as a leader in the general contracting industry. Dedicated to workforce development, Dustin leads Breeden’s internship program, expanding partnerships with workforce initiatives and organizations like YouthBuild. He has advanced job shadowing opportunities and created meaningful pathways for young professionals to gain hands-on construction experience, reflecting his commitment to developing the next generation of leaders. Previously, Dustin served as Assistant Community Manager at The Breeden Company, where he oversaw marketing efforts, community partnerships, and high-profile events. His career also includes roles as an Admissions Counselor at Mid-Atlantic Christian University and Youth Director at Blackwell Baptist Church. A believer in compassion-centered leadership, Dustin continues to showcase Breeden’s mission while fostering strong industry and community connections.
